I bought these in Argyle centre in MongKok Hong Kong - they were from this shop that was all pink and girly and thats what tempted me to go inside! XD
For both lenses + an animal lense case it costed me around $500....quite expensive tbh seeing as they are around £16 per pair online - thats not including shipping. But i really wanted them so i just bought them without thinking about the price till afterwards..>_<
~ My thoughts on these lenses ~
Firstly, I LOVE these lenses!!
I think they are soo pretty in person and in pictures, and they are superr comfortable. Like..really really comfortable. Along with my "old" Max pure Pink lenses (they dried up and ended up splitting!!! *T___T*) these have to be on the same level or even more comfier than those! Im considering whether i should re-purchase the maxpure pink again..since they were one of my favourites..
The diameter is 15mm so it really enlarges your eyes to give that dolly look without seeming fake and too 'in your face'. Some 15mm lenses can be unconfortable because they are big, but there isnt this problem for me with these lenses which is a PLUS.
In certain lightings these lenses can also look quite natural considering that the colour is quite opaque and visible, this is due to the colour gradient on the lens. Both the Chocolate brown and the Sesame grey lenses have a really light gold-brown inner ring around the pupil, then it fades into the main lense colour before reaching to the outer black ring.
Gradient colours in lenses makes it easier for it blend in with your natural eye colour - hence why i feel that this lense is kinda natural looking :)
I can wear these lenses for up to 5hours before having to put contact lense drops in to re-hydrate my eyes since my eyes are alot dryer than most peoples. I have experienced the need to take them out once before because my eyes were tired from the lack of sleep - so not a problem of the lenses.
Here are some pictures of me with the lenses on ^__^
Hope this review was helpful for you guys!
Talk to you all soon^__^
